Description

To honor the contributions of Professors Bohme and Fettweis in signal theory and commu-
nication engineering, the chair of Digital Communication Systems in Bochum organizes a
gathering of their former students. The workshop will take place on September 12, 2014 in
Bochum. Bochum is located in the western part of Germany north of Cologne. Traveling
by train takes around 2 hours from Frankfurt and less than 1 hour from Dusseldorf. The
workshop is planned to start at 10am and will end by 5 pm.

The idea of the workshop is thus to bring together former students and colleagues to
share ideas and results on signal theory and communication engineering, as well as current
projects

Additionally, a social event will take place in the evening (19.00)  at

Livingroom Gastronomie GmbH
Luisenstrasse 9-13
44787 Bochum.

More information about the schedule can be found in the agenda on the right of this site.
For more information, please contact our secretariat.

The chair of digital communication systems welcomes you in RUB!
